Fitness & Discipline Journey
Fitness started as a personal challenge—a way to build structure, confidence, and something to be proud of. Over time, it became a mindset. The gym taught me discipline, goal-setting, and how to stay committed even when progress feels slow.
Growing up, I played sports and stayed active, but it wasn’t until later that I approached fitness with real focus and intention. What changed was the purpose behind my training. It’s no longer just about lifting weights—it’s about showing up with purpose, pushing limits, and becoming someone who leads by example.
This page is where I’ll share that journey—the routines, mindset shifts, and lessons I’ve learned along the way.

From Skinny to Swole
A visual timeline of progress—not just in muscle, but in mindset. This transformation was built through years of consistency, discipline, and learning what works for my body. Every phase taught me something new, and I’m just getting started.
Day 1 — No gym, just curiosity
Year 3 — Bulked, Unintentional Training
Year 4 — Eating Right, Started Creatine
Current — Eating Right, Consistent, Intentional Training
Discipline Through Sports
Before the gym, it was sports that taught me how to show up. I spent years playing football and volleyball, learning the value of discipline, teamwork, and pushing through challenges even when I was tired, sore, or losing.
Football gave me grit—it taught me how to keep going when things hurt and how to play for something bigger than myself. Volleyball sharpened my focus and reaction time, and helped me build trust and chemistry with a team.
These experiences shaped the mindset I bring into the gym today. It's not just about lifting weights—it's about applying those same principles: showing up, supporting others, and doing hard things with intention.
